This still image documents a site-responsive video installation inspired by the arched canopy of two neighboring trees.  The natural lattice-work of branches is transposed onto an architectural arch and reflected in the glass door it shelters.

I create site-specific projections onto architectural screens and document the result through video and time-lapse photography. The finished photographs compress an elaborate sixty-second choreography into a single image.  During the extended-exposure, I move through the frame with a white screen, creating a kinetic projection surface to capture and reflect parts of the projection as it travels through space.  I refer to the resulting image as projectiongram.
